The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AA Super Sale. AA Super Sale operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through the website.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to customers.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, explain your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our website or purchasing products from us.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from AA Super Sale.

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we send an order confirmation or shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Incorrect product information or pricing;
  • Product unavailability;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
  • Unusual order quantities;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Incorrect customer information; or
  • Violation of these Terms of Service.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before completing checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is available on our website.

Products purchased from AA Super Sale are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, CURRENCY, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are shown in Canadian dollars.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed during checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges may be added during checkout or assessed by the destination country.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • The payment information is accurate;
  • The payment provider may process the applicable charges; and
  • You are responsible for paying the complete order total.

Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND ORDER TRACKING

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

AA Super Sale is a Canada-based online business. Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by trusted fulfillment partners located outside Canada, including China.

Estimated delivery times depend on the product, shipping method, fulfillment location, and destination country.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur because of:

  • Carrier delays;
  • Customs processing;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Incorrect delivery information;
  • High seasonal demand; or
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

AA Super Sale is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws. Ontario provides specific consumer rights relating to online agreements and delayed delivery. 

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers have 30 days after receiving an order to request an eligible return unless a different period is required by applicable law.

Returned products must normally be:

  • Unused;
  • Unopened, where applicable;
  • In their original condition;
  • In the original packaging;
  • Returned with all accessories; and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain products cannot be returned for health, hygiene, safety, perishability, customization, or final-sale reasons, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us and receive return authorization before sending a product back.

Refunds approved after inspection will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 7 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING PRODUCTS

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • The order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs or video of the product;
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging; and
  • Any other information reasonably requested to review the claim.

We will review the matter and may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, missing component, or other appropriate resolution.

SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

AA Super Sale uses Shopify’s e-commerce platform to operate this online store.

All purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and AA Super Sale.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by AA Super Sale and is not responsible for order fulfilment, product quality, returns, refunds, shipping, customer service, or any dispute between AA Super Sale and a customer.

Shopify may process certain information and provide technical, payment, analytics, security, and platform services as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy documentation.

SECTION 12 — PRIVACY

Personal information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • Every product will remain available;
  • Delivery will occur on an exact estimated date; or

Our total liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where a greater remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or rights protected by applicable consumer law.

This obligation does not apply to losses caused by AA Super Sale’s own unlawful conduct.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
